[사설] 박한철 특별수사팀 ‘청와대 의혹’까지 규명해야 (문화일보 11/20) :: 2007/11/23 11:42

삼성의혹 고발사건 수사를 위한 대검 박한철 특별수사·감찰본부 출범과 때를 같이해 청와대 역시 ‘의혹의 반경’ 그 이내에 들지 않았는가 하는 의혹이 제기되고 있다. 대검이 박 본부장을 인선한 19일, 민주사회를 위한 변호사모임·참여연대·민주노총 등 60여개 시민사회단체 회원들이 기자회견을 열고 청와대 민정수석실 법무비서관을 지낸 이용철 변호사가 2004년 1월 삼성측으로부터 500만원을 택배로 전해받고 되돌려준 적이 있다고 주장했다. 이 ‘뇌물제공 시도’는 앞서 김용철 변호사가 천주교 정의구현사제단을 통한 ‘양심고백’이 일방적 주장이 아니라 어디까지나 사실임을 밝히기 위해서라고 이들 단체는 덧붙였다.
